Every plot owner and tenant is automatically a member of MREWS — the welfare society that governs the estate.
Members elect a Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and more at the Annual General Meeting every year.
Key estate decisions are put to a vote. One member, one vote — always. Online voting coming soon via the Member Portal.
Eight elected sub-committees handle the day-to-day operations of the estate. Each reports directly to the main committee and to all members.
Held no later than 31 May each year. All fully paid-up members receive notice and audited accounts in advance. Every member has one vote.
